For some, there’s always a great idea brewing. 

Carl is one of those people.

Already a successful business owner of Kenrich Foods, Carl added on to an existing building he owned with plans of offering cold storage to those needing it in the food industry. Knowing there is a demand for cold storage in the area, along with his location right off the interstate, Carl believed he had the recipe for success. With his existing business, he was well-established in the food industry having many connections. This gave Carl confidence that he would be able to quickly gain customers. And he was right. Pulling in local producers, Carl’s cold storage facility was just the solution several businesses were looking for.

Carl came to me looking for a logo for River Valley Cold Storage. After visiting with him, I realized that his need for a logo was not as much to advertise his service and gain new clients, like I am most accustomed to. His logo would go to work in more of a business-to-business setting, simply to communicate the business name. As he shared the plans he had, his request was realized: He wanted a logo that was simple, clean, and obvious. He simply needed a signature. 

After reviewing many designs, Carl made a decision on which look he wanted. Ideal for invoices, envelopes, and emails, the straightforward design offered the signature his new business needed. It was an honor to play a (small) role in helping Carl get another successful business started.
