With years of carpentry experience, and a dream that had been building for a while, Ricky Humes knew he was ready to take a leap. He was building his portfolio with some projects he had recently completed, he began purchasing needed equipment and materials for his business, and he had decided on the name. As he talked about his craftsmanship and all he had gained from this role model. With prior experience in construction and all he learned from having a front row seat to his grandpa’s business, Ricky was ready to leap into starting a brand new career.
